Overview

Recycling that doesn't end at our loading dock.

Most "recycling" companies hand off equipment to whoever pays the most — and stop tracking it. Our R2v3 certification requires us to vet and audit every downstream partner.

What that means for you: when we recycle your electronics, we can prove what happened to them. Hazardous components like batteries, mercury lamps, and CRT glass go to certified processors. Recoverable materials — copper, aluminum, gold, plastics — re-enter the supply chain through accredited refiners.

You receive an environmental report you can include in ESG disclosures, sustainability reporting, or simply file in case of audit.

Process

From your dock to recovered material.

01

Collection

Pickup from your facility with secure transport. Inventory captured at point of pickup.

02

Sorting & Triage

Equipment sorted into recoverable, refurbishable, and recycle-only streams.

03

Disassembly

Hazardous components separated; recoverable materials prepared for downstream processors.

04

Reporting

Environmental impact report with material breakdown, weights, and downstream destinations.

What you get

Recycling that tells a story.

Zero Landfill Commitment

Documented commitment that no equipment we accept ends up in a landfill. R2v3 audited annually.

Material Recovery Report

Quarterly summary showing tonnage processed, materials recovered, and downstream destinations — ready for ESG disclosure.

Hazmat Handling

Proper segregation of CRT glass, mercury, batteries, and lead-bearing components. EPA-aligned hazardous waste protocols.

// Why downstream tracking matters

"Recycled" can mean a lot of things.

Without R2v3 certification, an electronics recycler can legally hand your equipment to anyone — including overseas processors operating without environmental controls. R2v3 mandates that every downstream vendor we use is itself audited, with the chain of custody documented all the way to final material recovery. That's the difference between recycling that protects your reputation and recycling that exposes it.

Common questions

FAQ — electronic recycling.

Do I need to remove hard drives before recycling computers?
No — we handle data destruction as part of the process if you'd like. Drives are removed and processed per the data destruction scope you specify (erasure, shredding, or both). If you've already removed drives yourself, that's fine too.
Is there a charge for recycling, or do I get paid?
It depends on the equipment mix. Equipment with remarketing value (working enterprise gear, recent-generation hardware) typically yields revenue back to you. Pure recycle-only loads may have a processing fee depending on hazmat content. We provide transparent breakdown in the quote.
Can you handle equipment that's broken or damaged?
Yes. Broken, water-damaged, or fire-affected equipment is handled with appropriate precautions. Just flag it during quoting so we can plan for it.
What about UPS batteries and other lithium-ion items?
Batteries require specialized handling — never put them in standard recycling. We accept them, package them per DOT regulations, and route them to certified battery processors.
Will you provide ESG reporting for our sustainability disclosures?
Yes. We provide quarterly or per-project environmental impact reports listing weights, materials recovered, hazardous components diverted, and downstream destinations. Format is suitable for direct inclusion in ESG and sustainability reports.
