Is the evaluation really free?
Yes. We provide no-obligation evaluations and quotes for prospective clients. Most jobs ultimately involve revenue back to you (from remarketed equipment) rather than out-of-pocket cost.
How far do you travel for pickup?
We service the Greater Houston area directly with our own trucks. For projects outside the region, we coordinate secure transport nationwide. International logistics available on request.
Do I need to inventory the equipment myself before submitting?
No. A rough description is enough to start the conversation. Our specialist will produce a verified inventory during the walkthrough — that's part of the standard scope.
What if I have data-bearing devices?
All data-bearing media is handled per R2v3 and HIPAA requirements with full chain-of-custody. You receive a Certificate of Data Destruction documenting every serial number processed.
How quickly can you schedule pickup?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from accepted quote. Rush pickups are available with sufficient notice — let us know your timing constraints up front.
Can I get value back for working equipment?
Often, yes. Cisco, Meraki, and enterprise networking gear in working condition typically has remarketing value. We test, refurbish, and resell qualifying equipment, with a revenue share back to you.
